Azerbaijani wrestlers have won 5 medals at the "Tallinn Open" tournament held among juniors in Estonia.
"Report" informs that 7 wrestlers performed under the leadership of Maria Stadnik, the head coach of the U-17 national team, and coach Solmaz Adilova at the traditional competition represented by 41 countries, 5 of whom climbed the podium.
Fatima Bayramova (53 kg) became the champion by winning each of her 7 matches. Nazrin Ahmadli (49 kg), Rana Nuriyeva (61 kg) and Simura Abdullayeva (69 kg) won silver medals, and Khadija Gurbanzade (49 kg) won a bronze medal.
It should be noted that after the competition, our team will participate in an international training camp in Tallinn. The preparation process will last until April 1. Our team will hold its last training camp in Baku before the U-17 European Championship.
