Azerbaijani national wrestling teams will hold training camps in the regions.
According to "Report", the preparation of teams of different age groups for the upcoming important competitions continues intensively.
As previously known, the national team of adults in Greco-Roman wrestling is holding a training camp in Vladikavkaz.
The U-20 national team, after completing its performance at the "Champions" tournament held in Antalya, immediately started the next preparation process. Thus, the team will hold a training camp at the Gakh Olympic Sports Complex from May 11 to 24. The next gathering will be held from May 27 to June 9 at the Khachmaz Olympic Sports Complex.
Freestyle wrestlers of the same age group will also go to Gakh. However, for this type, the regional gathering of the U-20 national team covers the period from May 28 to June 11. Before that, training will be held in Baku.
The adult freestyle wrestling team will start its next training camp on May 14 at the Guba Olympic Sports Complex. The Turkish national team will also participate in the two-week preparation process.
Female wrestlers are divided into two groups. The U-20 and senior teams are based at the Guba Olympic Sports Complex, and the U-15 and U-17 national teams are based at the Absheron Olympic Sports Complex. Both gatherings will last from May 11 to 24.
Our U-17 freestyle wrestling team has been training at the Khachmaz Olympic Sports Complex since May 7. The preparation process, which is being held jointly with the corresponding team from Uzbekistan, will end on the 21st of the month.
