Members of the Azerbaijani Greco-Roman and freestyle wrestling teams underwent tests on various parameters at the Sports Medical Research Laboratory, located at the Sports Academy and equipped with the most modern equipment.

It was reported that power and endurance indicators, oxygen efficiency, percentage of activity and fat in the body, balance ability, and muscle mass development were analyzed using special devices. Details important for sports were measured, tested with devices, and practical information was provided to the coaching staff regarding the current state of each athlete's body.
In addition to all this, athletes underwent psychological tests. The psychological test assesses the athlete's weak points.
It should be noted that conducting tests in this laboratory allows for an optimal analysis of the body of each national team member, to diagnose and take appropriate steps to eliminate shortcomings recorded during training camps.
