Azerbaijani freestyle wrestler Jabrayil Hajiyev (79 kg) won a bronze medal on the final day of the tournament dedicated to the memory of Yashar Dogu, Vehbi Emre, and Hamit Kaplan in Kocaeli, Turkey.
"Report" informs that after Hajiyev rose to the third step of the podium, the number of medals won at the Memorial reached 8.
It should be reminded that in previous days, in Greco-Roman wrestling, Nihad Guluzade (60 kg) and Muhammad Shukurzade (67 kg) won silver, Lachin Veliyev (87 kg) won bronze, in women's wrestling, Elnura Mammadova (53 kg) won silver, Nargiz Samadova (53 kg) and Birgul Soltanova (62 kg) won bronze, and in freestyle wrestling, Ali Tsokayev (86 kg) won gold.
Thus, 1 gold, 3 silver, and 4 bronze medals were won at the tournament.
