Azerbaijani female wrestlers have joined an international training camp in Tata, Hungary.
The Wrestling Federation informed "Report" about this.
Members of our national team are also participating in the preparation process, which involves 15 national women's wrestling teams. Elnura Mammadova (53 kg), Gunay Gurbanova (59 kg) and Ruzanna Mammadova (62 kg) are participating in the training camp organized at the Olympic Training Base under the leadership of acting head coach Togrul Asgarov.
The training camp, which is preparatory in nature for the upcoming competitions, will last until July 29.
It should be noted that the next preparation process is also planned to be organized abroad. Thus, it is planned that members of the U-20 national team - Gunay Gurbanova (59 kg), Ruzanna Mammadova (62 kg) and Zahra Karimzade (72 kg) - will hold a training camp in Sofia, the capital of Bulgaria, between August 5-17 under the leadership of acting head coach Togrul Asgarov and senior coach Rovshan Umudov. After completing the preparation process, the team will participate in the U-20 World Championship, which will be held in the same city.
