The Azerbaijani beach wrestling team, which successfully competed in the final stage of the World Series held in Alexandria, Egypt, has returned to their homeland.
Idman.Biz reports that the athletes were greeted at Heydar Aliyev International Airport by family members and public representatives.
Azerbaijani representatives won two gold and one bronze medal in the competition. Ibrahim Yusubov (90 kg) and Vusal Aliyev (80 kg) won gold medals, while Sahib Dadashov (80 kg) won a bronze medal.
