Azerbaijani arm wrestlers have won 55 medals in two days at the World Championship held in Baku.
This was stated to "Report" by the head coach of the national team, Samir Babayev.
He believes that with such consistency, the team will be the first in the team standings:
"The competition is currently ongoing. Yesterday and the day before yesterday, we won a total of 55 medals, including 12 gold, 24 silver, and 19 bronze. Our youth team has become the strongest in the world. Today and tomorrow, competitions will start among adults with left and right arms. Our goal is to become the winner of the World Championship. I think that with such consistency, our athletes will give us this joy."
It should be noted that the World Cup, which started on October 28, will end tomorrow.
