The Azerbaijan National Anti-Doping Agency (AMADA) organized another awareness program during the freestyle and women's wrestling competitions within the framework of the III CIS Games.
AMADA informed "Report" about this.
Participants who visited AMADA's special corner were provided with detailed information on anti-doping rule violations, principles of respect for the opponent, athletes' rights and obligations, as well as the consequences of drug addiction. As part of the event, a quiz on the anti-doping system was held, and participants who distinguished themselves with their activity were presented with gifts from the organization.
Among those who visited the corner was the Vice-President of the Azerbaijan Wrestling Federation, Namig Aliyev.
This program is of great importance in terms of promoting clean sports, forming correct values in young athletes, and promoting a healthy lifestyle.
