İdman.biz reports with reference to AZERTAC that these words were said by the head coach of the Azerbaijan national Greco-Roman wrestling team, Aleksandr Tarakanov, which took 2nd place in the team standings with 4 medals at the World Championship held in Zagreb, the capital of Croatia.
He expressed his gratitude to those who supported the team: "Thank you to everyone who prayed for us. We became world runners-up in the team standings with one gold, one silver and two bronze medals. The next competitions await us. Two injured wrestlers will join our ranks after undergoing a recovery process."
Let us remind that Ulvi Ganizade (72 kilograms) won gold, Hasrat Jafarov (67 kilograms) silver, Eldeniz Azizli (55 kilograms) and Murad Ahmadiev (97 kilograms) bronze medals in the team.
