Aleksandr Tarakanov, who has left the Azerbaijani national team, is ready to work again for the development of wrestling in the country in the future.

"During the 6 years I worked in Azerbaijan, I gained great experience and close friends here. During this time, my coaching staff and I received great support from both the federation and wrestling fans. Sometimes it is necessary to take a break in a coaching career to move to a new stage, to review past experiences. Resting a little and spending time with my family will be a great support to me on this path. For this reason, we ended the cooperation by mutual agreement," he said.
Tarakanov finally thanked the leadership of the Azerbaijan Wrestling Federation for their trust in him: "Taking this opportunity, I thank the federation leadership, my fellow coaches who worked shoulder to shoulder with me, and every member of the team. I am ready to work for the development of Azerbaijani wrestling whenever needed in the future."
