Azerbaijani national beach volleyball teams have departed for Austria today to participate in the European championships. According to Sport24.az, our representatives will first participate in the U-22 European Championship, which will be held in Austria on August 14-17, and then in the U-20 European Championship, which will be held in Spain on August 20-25.
Our country will be represented in both tournaments by teams consisting of both boys (Muhammad Aslanli/Ibrahim Mammadov; reserve team Nariman Bayramli/Tural Asgarov) and girls (Sabina Alizade/Jamila Bashirova).
It should be noted that the head coach of our girls' team is Nihad Tarverdiyev, and the head coach of our boys' team is Atvars Vilde.
