Yuliya Karimova, the libero of the Azerbaijan women's national volleyball team, shared her impressions regarding the team's preparation process for the Golden European League.
"Report" reports that the press service of the Volleyball Federation has released information about this.
In her statement, she said that the morale in the team is high:
"We started preparations for the European Golden League in Baku, then traveled to Slovenia. There, we held a joint training camp with the Slovenian national team, as well as a test match against a US club. The morale in our team is high. Now our preparations are continuing in Greece. We are scheduled to have several test matches here. These games are important both for strengthening our tactical preparation and for strengthening our team. We will start the fight in the European Golden League on May 30 in Baku. I have great faith that our team will be successful. Our goal is to proudly wave our flag".
It should be noted that the national team will play its first matches in the Golden European League in Baku. In these matches, which will take place on May 30 and June 1, the opponents will be the Hungarian and Slovenian teams.
