Our team, preparing for the second half of the season in Baku, played its second test match as part of the training camp. Gurban Gurbanov's team faced "Zira".
Our team started the match with the following "11": 99. Matej Kovar, 81. Kevin Medina, 2. Mateus Silva, 30. Abbas Huseynov, 27. Toral Bayramov, 6. Julio Romao, 8. Marko Jankovic, 15. Leandro Andrade, 21. Aleksey Kashchuk, 11. Emmanuel Addai, 90. Nariman Akhundzade.
In the first half of the match held at "Azersun Arena", both teams made attempts to score. However, it was not possible to change the zeros on the scoreboard until the break. "Zira" opened the scoring at the beginning of the second half.
After falling behind, our players increased the pressure and soon restored the balance. Aleksey Kashchuk scored the equalizing goal. Then Davud Mansumov put our team ahead. However, the opponent managed to score an equalizer.
Nevertheless, our team, taking the lead, scored two consecutive goals in the last minutes and won with a score of 4:2.
It should be noted that our team won the first test match against "Kapaz" with a score of 5:1.
