Cem Gölbaşı, the leader of "Young Fenerbahçeliler," a fan group of the Turkish club "Fenerbahçe," has been sentenced.
İdman.Biz reports that he was punished by the court for allegedly forcing a person he held hostage under duress to wear a wig and record a video.
The footage related to the incident in Bağcılar district of Istanbul was shared on social media in November 2024. In the footage, a young man wearing a wig was heard being forced to say, "I apologize to my elder brother Cem Gölbaşı for the mistakes I made."
According to the court's decision, Gölbaşı was sentenced to 6 years, 10 months, and 15 days in prison.
