The international triathlon season will kick off with a World Series race. Sport24.az reports that the first of the seven-stage competition will be held in Abu Dhabi on February 8-9.
The addition of another tournament to the series is also not ruled out.
As for the World Cup competitions, there will be 13 tournaments in this framework. The first of these will be held in Napier, New Zealand on February 22-23. At the same time, two more World Cup races may be added to the calendar.
It is not yet clear in which competitions Azerbaijani triathletes will participate.
