Lent.az reports that the specialist has signed a contract with Real Avila, which plays in the Spanish IV League.
This was announced by the club's press service.
The former goalkeeper will coach the team until the summer of 2026.
His last job was the Hurta club, which he led in the 2020/21 season.
During his football career, Valdes defended the honor of teams such as Barcelona, Manchester United, and Middlesbrough. He also played for the Spanish national team.
