As part of the III CIS Games, the Turkish Chovken team put up a worthy resistance to the Uzbekistan national team in Group B.
This was stated to "Report" by Mahmud Maxomich, Secretary General of the Uzbekistan Chovken Federation.
He expressed his gratitude for the support and highly appreciated the organization:
"Our team won against Turkey. We are very happy about this. We are grateful to the Republic of Uzbekistan for the created conditions. I thank our athletes, everyone in the leadership. We thank television viewers and everyone who watched the game directly from the field and supported the Uzbekistan team. The game was very tense. The Turkish team also put up a worthy resistance. They are worthy opponents. I thank everyone for today's game. The III CIS Games are organized at a high level."
It should be noted that in Group B, the Uzbekistan national team defeated Turkey with a score of 4:0. The Chovken competition will conclude on October 7.
