Bernie Parent, a former member of the Philadelphia Flyers of the National Hockey League (NHL) and two-time Stanley Cup winner, has died at the age of 80.
"Report" informs that the Philadelphia club's press service has released information about this.
In addition to winning the Stanley Cup, the former goalkeeper was twice named the most valuable hockey player in the playoffs.
It should be noted that B. Parent also played for the Boston Bruins and Toronto Maple Leafs in the NHL. He also owned the Vezina Trophy club in 1974 and 1975.
