Based on the results of the South American Championship that ended in Argentina, the next national teams to participate in the Chowgan World Championship, which will be held in Azerbaijan in June this year, have been determined.
"Report" informs that Uruguay, the winner of the continental tournament organized by the International Chowgan Federation, and Chile, which took second place, have won the right to participate in the competition in Baku.
In the final match of the competition, which took place in a tense struggle, the Uruguayan team defeated the Chilean team with a score of 3:2 and won the title of continental champion. In the match for third place, Argentina defeated Colombia with the same score and won bronze medals.
It should be noted that the II Chowgan World Championship will be held in Baku in 2026. A total of 9 teams are expected to participate in the World Cup. One team will join the tournament by special invitation of the International Chowgan Federation.
