Swiss motorcyclist Noah Dettwiler crashed at the Malaysian Grand Prix in the "Moto3" class.
"Report" reports, citing "Blick", that he collided with Jose Antonio Rueda during the race.
Both athletes were immediately taken to a hospital in Kuala Lumpur by helicopter.
After the accident, which resulted in lung and spleen injuries, as well as an open fracture of the leg, the 20-year-old Swiss suffered numerous cardiac arrests. He has also undergone several operations.
The other athlete was diagnosed with a broken wrist, contusions, and a severe concussion.
It should be noted that N. Dettwiler is a member of the "CIP Green Power" team. He has participated in 38 Moto3 races. The athlete is 32nd in the personal standings this season.
