Sumo World Championship flag handed over to Azerbaijan

The official flag of the competition was presented to Azerbaijan at the Sumo World Championship held in Bangkok, the capital of Thailand.

Idman.biz reports that the flag was received on behalf of our country by Ulvi Agamirov, Vice-President of the Japanese Martial Arts and Culture Association.

It should be noted that the world's most prestigious sumo competition will be held in Baku from September 1 to 10 next year.
