Sumgayit basketball player Zion Young asked for support from fans before the 3rd match of the play-in stage against Sərhədçi.
Report informs that he said in a statement to the club's press service that they need the support of fans more in the decisive match.
The American basketball player said he believes in victory in the third match:
"Actually, we played well even in the match we lost to Sərhədçi. In the second match, we were generally perfect. We put all our strength as a team. There was no question about both our attack and our defense. I think Sumgayit will be the winner in the decisive match of the series. We need the support of the fans on Wednesday. I call all of them to the arena. Even our fans from Baku should come to Sumgayit."
It should be noted that Sərhədçi won the first match of the play-in stage with a score of 123:97. The second match ended with the advantage of Sumgayit - 100:95. The third match between the teams will take place on April 16.
