The leadership of the International Handball Federation (IHF) held meetings with representatives of member federations and representatives of international commissions to exchange views on development programs, technical cooperation, and future joint projects.
Idman.Biz reports that this was announced by the Vice-President of the Azerbaijan Handball Federation (AHF), Orkhan Abbasov.
He stated that participation in the 40th Congress of the IHF is of particular importance in terms of further strengthening the position of Azerbaijani handball in the international arena.
"Through this platform, we convey our country's priorities in the field of handball to international partners and discuss new opportunities for cooperation. Our goal is to accelerate the development of Azerbaijani handball and participate more actively in international projects. I believe that the Azerbaijan Handball Federation will continue its active participation in the international handball family, contributing to the improvement of the country's sports reputation," said O. Abbasov.
