A seminar on "Sports psychology and techniques" was organized with teenage and young karatekas at the "Qarabağ Karate Club".
İdman.Biz reports that the seminar was conducted by Gulbaniz Mammadli, head of the "Sport Psychology Center" and sports psychologist of the Azerbaijan Karate Federation. During the event, the essence of sports psychology, rapid psychological techniques, and the psychological characteristics specific to karate were widely discussed.
The seminar was attended by Vusal Abdullazade, assistant to the president of the Azerbaijan Karate Federation, Ibrahim Heydarov, head and coach of the "Qarabağ Karate Club", as well as young athletes. The main goal of the meeting was to increase the level of pre-competition psychological preparation of athletes and to enrich their practical knowledge.
