The 2nd day of the "Junior Grand Prix in Figure Skating" has ended.
Idman.biz reports that 22 athletes from 21 countries performed in the men's free program on the second day of the competition.
According to the results of the tournament's free program, South Korean athlete Minkyu Seo took 1st place on the top step with 236.45 points, Belgian figure skater Denis Kruglov took 2nd place with 213.47 points, and athlete Kaleb Farrington from the United States took 3rd place with 210.66 points.
At the award ceremony, the winners were presented with medals by the President of the Azerbaijan Winter Sports Federation, Fuad Naghiyev, and the Secretary General of the Azerbaijan Winter Sports Federation, Gunel Badalova.
It should be noted that the Grand Prix is organized by the State Tourism Agency, the Ministry of Youth and Sports, the Azerbaijan Winter Sports Federation and the International Skating Union. 92 athletes from 38 countries are participating in the tournament.
On September 26, on the last day of the competition, women will perform a free program on ice, and couples will perform a free dance program.
