A new home gym concept has been developed in Hong Kong: a compact smart mirror that can completely replace the exercise area, even in a small apartment.
İdman.Biz reports that the device was presented by local startup AEKE.
The mirror is equipped with a folding mattress, benches, a heart rate monitor, and adjustable resistance cables.
According to the creators, it allows you to perform more than 200 exercises, including yoga, functional training, and cardio boxing.
During training, the system analyzes the user's movements and displays key metrics on the built-in screen. The device costs $3300.
