Azerbaijani billiards player Seymur Mammadov has achieved a historic achievement at the European Championship.
The Billiards Federation (ABF) informed "Report" about this.
S.Mammadov, who is also the president of the ABF, took second place in the competition held in Batumi, Georgia.
It should be noted that 115 billiards players from 16 countries competed in the European Championship.
