The "Shahdag Running Fest" race was held with the support of the Turkic Speaking States Ski Resorts Union and organized by Shahdag Tourism Center and "Race.az".
According to the correspondent of "Report" who was sent to the "Shahdag" Tourism Center, about 600 amateur athletes from Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Turkey, Georgia, Pakistan, Kuwait, Ukraine, United Kingdom, Austria competed for victory in the race.
Athletes competed for the championship in distances of 53, 27 and 9 km.
