Elnur Mammadov, Head of the Sports Department of the Ministry of Youth and Sports, has been elected as a member of the Bureau of the Governing Board of the Council of Europe's Enlarged Partial Agreement on Sport (EPAS).
The ministry's press service informed "Report" about this.
Representatives from European countries holding responsible positions in the field of sports participated in the 19th meeting of the EPAS Governing Board held in Strasbourg, France.
During the event, discussions were held on strategy for the coming years and issues of inclusiveness, security in sports, sports-related conventions, and other topics.
