It is proposed to involve municipalities in sports in Azerbaijan.
According to "Report", this was stated by Mushfig Jafarov, a member of the Milli Majlis Committee on Youth and Sports, at a meeting with the Ministry of Youth and Sports, the National Olympic Committee and sports federations.
According to the deputy, this practice is used in a number of countries:
"We can involve municipalities in sports. This practice is used in countries around the world. Involving rural municipalities can lead to a further increase in mass participation".
