Rasul Mammadzadeh, representing our country in the U23 category at the tournament, rose to the second step of the podium.
Our experienced athlete, who won a bronze medal among adults at the European Championship held in Lutraki, Greece last year, improved his result and won a silver medal this time.
It should be noted that our representatives will join the competition in 4 more weight categories tomorrow. More than 300 athletes from 17 countries are testing their strength in the continental championship organized for the U21, U23 and senior categories. The European Championship will end on May 25.
