On August 14, Elnur Mammadov, Head of the Sports Department of the Ministry of Youth and Sports, met with Mutlu Turkmen, Rector of Bayburt University, President of the Turkish Bocce, Bowling and Dart Federation, as well as the International Bocce Federation.
