Aydan and Laman Hamidova sisters are in the "young referee" category in Europe.
This was stated to "Report" by Isgandar Asgarov, head of the Sports Department of the Azerbaijan Handball Federation (AHF), representative of the European Handball Federation.
The expert assessed their prospects:
"Currently, we have another pair in addition to the brothers Ernest and Emil Agakishi. Aydan and Laman Hamidova sisters are in the 'young referee' category in Europe. It is impossible to obtain a high-level category all at once. For this, certain stages must be passed and exams must be taken."
He shared his impressions of the results of the seminar held for coaches in the regions and noted that new teams will be involved in the championship:
"We held a seminar for coaches of regional teams. Nasser Salimi, the Iranian head coach of the "Kur" team, spoke about the technique and tactics of handball and provided excellent explanations for young coaches. In addition, we held discussions on new rules and zonal competitions. Several zonal competitions will start from March. A championship will be organized in three zones in the regions and two zones in Baku. The final stage will be held in Baku. Of course, it is planned to involve additional teams."
