New appointments have been made in the Azerbaijan Athletics Federation
New appointments have been made in the Azerbaijan Athletics Federation (AAF).
The AAF press service reported this.
During a meeting between Federation President Javid Gurbanov, Secretary General Maharram Sultanzade, Executive Committee member Shalala Yagubova, and representative of the Ministry of Youth and Sports Sevda Mirzayeva, Oktay Mirzayev was appointed head coach of the Azerbaijani national team, and Michal Pogani was appointed coach-consultant for jumps.
O.Mirzayev will temporarily serve as head coach.
