Idman.Biz, referring to "Qafqazinfo", reports that the person who wrote offensive posts about the footage of the dispute between representatives of a construction company and residents was identified as Rovshan Guliyev, born in 1961.
The resident of Sumgayit city, who works at the "Neftchi Sports Club" Public Union, was detained in the Nasimi district. A protocol was drawn up against him in accordance with the requirements of the Code of Administrative Offenses.
The person sent to the Nasimi District Court confessed to the act: "I used indecent language towards the employees of the housing construction company because they hit an elderly woman in the video I watched on social media. I regret it very much for this".
By the decision of the court, R. Guliyev was sentenced to 20 days of administrative arrest.
