The 23-year-old Georgian forward of the Italian club Napoli, Khvicha Kvaratskhelia, may leave his club and move to the French club Paris Saint-Germain one of these days.
Lent.az reports with reference to foreign media that decisive negotiations between the clubs regarding the transfer of the Georgian national team player will take place on January 13. If the parties agree, Khvicha will go to Paris in a few days for a medical examination.
The footballer's value in the transfer market is estimated at 85 million euros.
A number of media outlets write that Kvaratskhelia has given preliminary consent to move to PSG. His salary in the French team should be increased 4-5 times compared to his salary in Napoli.
This season in Serie A, Khvicha has played 18 games in all competitions, where he has scored five goals and provided three assists.
In the summer of 2024, the Georgian national team sensationally reached the 1/8 finals of the European Championship for the first time, defeating Portugal 2:0 along the way. Kvaratskhelia scored one of the winning goals.
