A coach must first and foremost love their job.
According to "Report", Morteza Validarvi, head coach of the Azerbaijani badminton team, made a statement about this.
The specialist, who participated in the Coaches Forum, said that it is an honor for him to participate in this event:
"A coach must first and foremost love their job. I have been a head coach in five countries before. We must treat the athlete like our own child. This is neither a specialty nor a profession. Not every good athlete can be a good head coach."
