An international conference dedicated to the 20th anniversary of the establishment of the Lithuanian Anti-Doping Agency (LTUNADO) was held in Vilnius. Sport24.az reports that our country was represented at the event by the Executive Director of the Azerbaijan National Anti-Doping Agency (AMADA), Tahmina Tagi-zade.
The conference discussed the development and cooperation prospects of anti-doping organizations, organizational transformation based on the Adizes methodology, and the relationship between sports organizations and the gaming industry.
Within the framework of the conference, a Memorandum of Understanding was signed between AMADA and LTUNADO. The memorandum was signed by Tahmina Tagi-zade, Executive Director of AMADA, and Ruta Banyte, Director of LTUNADO.
Within the framework of the Memorandum, both agencies will promote the deepening of cooperation in the field of anti-doping, strengthening scientific research and educational initiatives, as well as the application of innovative approaches and the exchange of practical knowledge. The cooperation will cover the processing of results, testing, education, research, therapeutic use permits and other areas, and will contribute to the further improvement of activities in accordance with the World Anti-Doping Code and International Standards.
