The Azerbaijani national track cycling team has won another medal in Astana, the capital of Kazakhstan. Sport24.az reports with reference to the press service of the Cycling Federation that Maryam Huseynova, competing in the open championship of this country, finished the race with a bronze medal.
Our cyclist, competing among girls born in 2009-2010, took 3rd place in the overall standings among 38 participants in the sum of 3 events in the omnium competition and won a bronze medal.
It should be noted that Huseynova had previously won a bronze medal in the 200-meter sprint in this competition.
