Madat Guliyev, President of the Azerbaijan Cycling Federation, has resigned. Sport24.az reports that National Hero of Azerbaijan, Lieutenant General Madat Guliyev, has decided to resign from the post of President of the Azerbaijan Cycling Federation due to the specifics of his work as Deputy Secretary of the Security Council of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
It should be noted that Madat Guliyev has been the President of the Azerbaijan Cycling Federation since November 2021.
