A judo hall has started operating at the Tartar Olympic Sports Complex.
"Report" informs that the press service of the Ministry of Youth and Sports has released information about this.
The opening ceremony of the hall was attended by the Minister of Youth and Sports Farid Gayibov, the head of the Tartar District Executive Authority Mustagim Mammadov, the executive vice-president of the Azerbaijan Judo Federation (ACF) Rashad Rasul, the advisor to the ACF president Natig Bagirov and other officials.
The judo hall is equipped by the ACF with tatami mats and other necessary equipment that meet modern standards. The total size of the tatami covers an area of 112 sq.m. More than 100 athletes will practice judo in the hall.
