Former UFC light heavyweight and heavyweight champion Jon Jones shared his thoughts on the upcoming fight between Aleks Pereyra and Ciryl Gane.
Sports.News reports that the American former fighter will be supporting Gane at the "UFC White House - Freedom 250" tournament, which will take place on June 15.
"We all know that Aleks Pereyra has lost a lot of weight. I'm looking forward to seeing what he's capable of in terms of power and endurance. Ciryl, on the other hand, is always training and relies on his speed and agility", - Jones said.
He emphasized that Pereyra's heavyweight debut is of great interest:
"I'll say who I'm rooting for. I think I'm rooting for Ciryl. If Gane can beat Alex, it will mean a lot. But may the strongest one win".
Note that Jones' statement was made in a video posted on his "ketone" account.
