Associate Professor Dr. Fatih Serdar Şenduran, Deputy Dean of the Faculty of Sports Sciences at Istanbul Aydın University, conducted training on "Technologies in Sports and Military" at the Azerbaijan Sports Academy.
İdman.Biz reports that the training discussed rapidly developing technologies in sports sciences, especially the application of wearable technology devices in measuring athletes' performance, monitoring their development, and improving their physical qualities.
The possibilities of applying these technologies in the field of military physical education, monitoring physical fitness, efficient organization of the training process, and modern approaches to analyzing the physical indicators of military personnel were presented.
At the end of the four-day training, Ulkar Babayeva, Vice-Rector for Academic Affairs of the Academy, spoke and noted the importance of applying the presented technologies in the sports and military training process.
Finally, certificates were awarded to the participants.
