An international Wing Chun martial arts seminar is being held in Baku.
Idman.biz reports that the first day of the event was memorable with the participation of one of the world's famous martial arts masters - the legendary Ip Man's student, Grand Master Samuel Kwok, holder of the title "Living Legend".
As part of the seminar, an open-air training was held in front of the Heydar Aliyev Center. During the training, participants were introduced to the basic techniques of Wing Chun martial arts, and they were shown explanations and applications of these techniques.
It should be noted that the second day of the seminar will continue with a session by Sifu Murat Kaplan, a specialist in court and criminal psychology, writer, kung fu and Wing Chun master invited from Turkey. During the training, special attention will be paid to the importance of psychological preparation in martial arts, stress management, and the development of psychological resilience.
