The "Sailing Point Easter Regatta 2026," an international sailing competition, has started in Slovenia.
Idman.Biz reports that on the first day, athletes went out to sea and completed 3 races.
The relatively windy weather conditions during the day created interesting competitive conditions for the participants.
The regatta will conclude on April 6.
Azerbaijan is represented at the tournament by Kamal Bashirli, Furkan Mustafayev, Nurlan Agazade, Amin Jalilzadeh, Sama Mansurzade, Amina Bayramova, and Emel Mammadli, led by coach Panagiotis Papadakis.
The team leader is Burcu Algon Giorgianni.
