Today, Baku will host the start of the traditional international handball tournament dedicated to the memory of National Leader Heydar Aliyev.
Idman.biz reports that the competition, which will be attended by six men's teams from three countries, will be held at the "AHF Arena".
There will be 2 matches on the first day of the tournament. In the opening match, which will start at 13:00, "Kur" (Azerbaijan) and "Astana" (Kazakhstan) teams will face each other. The official opening ceremony of the tournament will be held at 15:00.
At 16:00, the Kazakhstan national team and the "Baku" (Azerbaijan) team will enter the field.
The international tournament will end on September 3.
