The International Shooting Sport Federation (ISSF) has made a number of changes to the calendar. Sport24.az reports that the location of the World Shotgun Championship, which was scheduled to be held in Malakas from October 8-19, has been changed.
The competition will be held in Greece, but it has been decided to hold it in Athens.
The World Shooting Championship in Cairo, the capital of Egypt, will be extended by two days. The new dates for the competition are November 6-18. This is to facilitate the holding of moving target and rapid fire target competitions, which are additional non-Olympic disciplines, as well as competitions at distances of 25 m and 300 m.
