"Report" reports that this was stated by Jahangir Seyed Abbasi, head coach of "Gənclər" club, which plays in the Azerbaijan High League among men's volleyball players, in his statement to the press service of the Volleyball Federation.
The specialist talked about the team's goals:
"The team consists of young players. They are participating in the national championship for the first time. Our goal is to increase the playing experience of young people and prepare them for national teams. If we look back a few years, the championship is stronger this season and the number of teams has increased. This is a very good thing. The participation of strong teams and experienced players further increases the level of the championship".
It should be noted that the "Gənclər" team is in the last - sixth place with 1 point after 7 rounds.
