Goranboy city has been chosen as the "Youth Capital" of 2026. A correspondent from Sport24.az, who was sent to Goranboy, reports that the symbolic key of the "Youth Capital" was handed over to Maharram Guliyev, the head of the Goranboy District Executive Authority.
The symbolic key was presented by the Minister of Youth and Sports, Farid Gayibov.
The logo and mascot of the project were also presented to the public during the event.
It should be noted that Sumgayit city was the "Youth Capital" of Azerbaijan in 2025.
