An official parade was organized in Gazakh within the framework of the "Sports Capital - 2026" project.
A correspondent of "Report" dispatched to Gazakh reports that the event was attended by Minister of Youth and Sports Farid Gayibov, Head of Gazakh District Executive Authority Rashid Babashov, responsible persons of the Ministry of Youth and Sports, representatives of the sports community from various regions of the country, and residents of the district.
Athletes and coaches in various sports marched in the parade, adding color to the event organized in connection with the city being chosen as the "Sports Capital" for 2026. Exemplary performances of sports teams were also demonstrated.
The officials who spoke emphasized that Gazakh has rich sports traditions and stated that this status will give impetus to further expansion of sports infrastructure and mass participation in the region.
